Pertinent Information Sheet - This document explains how the SCHWAN’S FUNDRAISING™ Program works and the responsibilities of the coordinator.

Tips Script - This script is a checklist of items for the coordinator to use for having a successful fundraiser. This is similar to the Pertinent Fundraising Coordinator Information which is sent to each coordinator in their packets.

Email Template - This is a letter that you can customize and email out to participants so they can email their friends and family to ask for their support by ordering on-line.

Internet Letter- This is a formal letter that can be customized and used to help promote on-line sales for your organization. This can be posted on your organization's Web site, printed and mailed out, put in a newsletter or bulletin.

Student Referral Cards - These cards can be customized for each student to hand out to promote online sales. Just fill out the Campaign Name, Campaign Id, Student Name, and Student Grade or Team at the top of the spreadsheet and the information in the cards will automatically fill in for you.

Tally Sheet - This is for the coordinator to use to track sales by Participant. This is an optional form and can be useful for tracking orders for the prize program.
